SEBI has, vide Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 7, 2024, mandated furnishing of PAN linked with Aadhaar, Postal Address with PIN Code, email address, mobile number, bank account details and nomination by holders of physical securities. Effective January 1, 2024, Registrar and Transfer Agent will not process any service requests or complaints received from the holder(s)/claimant(s) if the aforesaid KYC details are not updated in the Company’s records. Further, with effect from April 1, 2024, any payment including dividend, interest or redemption payment in respect of physical folios shall be made only through electronic mode, after updation of all KYC details and no physical instrument will be issued.

The Shareholders holding equity shares of the Company in physical mode are requested to go through the SEBI Circular and do the needful.
